
German Customer Service Representative
The Role:
Based in Tullamore with a company going from strength to strength the German Customer Service Representative will provide a key interface with customers, supporting all aspects of the sales process. Working in a team environment, you will demonstrate excellent external and internal customer focus throughout. The successful candidate will possess a friendly upbeat personality, and should be motivated, passionate, and love working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all your key accounts efficiently, complete scheduled calls, and include details on the weekly task report to the manager.
- Proactively respond and manage customer calls/queries in a professional manner.
- Process a large volume of Sales Orders timely & accurately.
- Proactively manage orders to ensure customer commitments are met, keeping customers informed on order status.
- Provide Quotations to customers in a timely manner and to a professional standard
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with all customers, visiting customers as required.
- Promote current marketing campaigns as per the marketing schedule and include the outcome of these campaigns on your weekly task report.

- Alert CS Manager to any customer related issues immediately, completing relevant paperwork as required and/or directed.
- Provide support to the Sales Team and other members of the Team as required
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience
- Customer focus and ability to easily adapt to different types of approach and situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good problem solving and finding appropriate solutions for the customer
- Works well under pressure and adapts easily to a fast-changing environment
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the customers
