- Customer focused role involving supporting colleagues.
- Daily support on product transactions and queries.
- Working as part of a team to solve problems and queries at an early stage, to accept responsibility and accountability for all actions.
- To manage all orders and communicate to third parties.
- Data processing and reporting of customer details.
- Involvement in projects.

- Fluency in German essential.
- 3-5 years in a customer focused role.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience of taking initiave and responsibility.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and problem solving attitude.
