I am currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist for a company here in Sligo.


As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of customers, to ensure a high customer service experience.
  • Answering incoming calls and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments near to their appointment date.
  • Other adhoc administrative tasks as required.


  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • A car as travel is required.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
