I am currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist for a company here in Sligo.
As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
Meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of customers, to ensure a high customer service experience.
Answering incoming calls and emails.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
Contact customers to confirm appointments near to their appointment date.
Other adhoc administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience in a busy office environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
A car as travel is required.
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5:30 pm.
