Our client, a busy office located in Sligo require a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.

This is a permanent contract, onsite 5 days per week.


As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Meet & greet customers in office – ensure all callers to the office & on the phone have an exceptional experience each time & feel that we are knowledgeable & as helpful as possible

  • Phone call – enquiries, viewing requests, engineer inspections etc

  • Setting up viewings with viewer / owner / seller

  • Co-ordinate & prepare diaries of management

  • Prepare sales listings / brochures

  • Ordering placement of For Sale Boards/Sale Agreed/Sold & removal of same

  • Prepare appraisal letters

  • Ensure front office is presented well at all times; update brochure display; update window displays

Skills Required

  • Strong administration skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience in a busy customer service & administration role

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Highly organised
