French Customer Fulfilment Coordinator required with previous experience in order processing and customer service.  Galway city.

Requirements:

  • Experience in order processing (B2C, B2B, Global Distribution)
  • A good understanding of typical distributor agreements for orders, returns, complaints
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent excel, email & systems skills
  • Good understanding of online order processing and payment methods
  • Languages: Fluent French & English.
  • Proven Team Player
  • Proven excellent communication skills (this is a team role which also involves liaising daily with IT/IS, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Account Managers, Quality, warehouses and contact centre).
