French Customer Fulfilment Coordinator required with previous experience in order processing and customer service. Galway city.
- Experience in order processing (B2C, B2B, Global Distribution)
- A good understanding of typical distributor agreements for orders, returns, complaints
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent excel, email & systems skills
- Good understanding of online order processing and payment methods
- Languages: Fluent French & English.
- Proven Team Player
- Proven excellent communication skills (this is a team role which also involves liaising daily with IT/IS, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Account Managers, Quality, warehouses and contact centre).
