French Customer Support

- Inputting customer orders and processing all transactions.
- Process all customer queries and complaints.
- Provide a high level of customer support to all customers.
- Liaising with logistics and couriers to ensure prompt delivery of products.
- Manage emergency orders.
- Maintain and update customer data as required
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous customer support experince.
- Fluency in French & English (required)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Excellent administration and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
