French Customer Service Agent:

- Process transactions accurately through company systems.
- Process queries within department guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of customer support at all times.
- Be the first point of escalation if required.
- Liaise with couriers to ensure prompt delivery of product.
- Manage emergency orders/requests.
- Maintain and update customer data.
- Process customer feedback and product complaints.
- Departmental projects as required.
- Previous experience in a multi-national customer service or contact centre environment.
- Fluent in English & French.
- Excellent written and spoken English & French.
- Excellent telephone manner communication skills.
- Microsoft Office & IT skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative.
