French and Italian Customer Service Specialist
French and Italian Customer Service Specialist required with strong background in customer service, order management etc. Galway city.
· Responsible for primarily handling customer orders, inquiries from distributors and Sales on products, orders, etc., and achieving overall customer satisfaction.
· Directs customer inquiries to appropriate personnel when unable to answer inquiries.
· Responsible for handling credits, and maintaining current promotion files to allow visibility.
· 3 years plus of customer service experience, including order entry and order processing. Fluency in French and Italian essential. Must be fluent in English.
· Strong communication (speaking and listening) and interpersonal skills.
· Strong telephone skills/phone manner
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent ERP skills.
