Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Key member of the Finance Team, who will be responsible for the planning, preparation and analysis of the plants annual budget, forecasts and monthly financial reports

  • Utilise Lean methodologies, KPI’s and Business Intelligence reporting to provide metrics & analysis to the business

  • Perform detailed analysis to interpret and present financial data and key business metrics to stakeholders within the site and at divisional level.

  • The role will also include involvement in ad hoc projects and providing support and assistance to the business

  • Managing the monthly and annual Capex reporting for the site

  • Analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making

  • Assist in the production of detailed headcount reports

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • 2+ years PQE (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified) with strong Management Accounting knowledge

  • Analytically minded

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners

  • Experienced in budgeting in both P&L and Balance sheets and have a strong understanding of variance analysis and reporting

  • Detail-oriented with great organisational skills, and the ability to provide key business insights

  • Excellent SAP and Excel knowledge with BI reporting a strong advantage
