We have a new opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join a leading chemical manufacturer, based in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent day’s role (7.30am to 4pm) located a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow manufacturing work instructions.
- Comply with company quality policies and procedures.
- Set controls and operate machinery.
- Be aware of all Health and Safety compliance in the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Correct storage of product for ease of location when required.
Requirements:
- Forklift license is essential.
- Driving license is essential.
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Hard-working and enjoys practical and manual activities.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Able to follow written instructions.
