- Respond to all queries from customers and investors.
- Ensure all queries are handled in an efficient manner.
- Ensure all queries are handled with regard to the department procedures.
- Participation in team meetings and also in client visits as required.
- Additional duties as requested by the team and management.
- 2+ years call centre or contact centre experience.
- Previous experience handling both written correspondence & taking calls.
- Workflow management experience.
- Relevant financial qualification advantageous.
- Interest in investments and funds.
- Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience dealing with a variety of clients and queries.
