- Answer queries on phones and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all queries are handled with quality standards.
- Mentor in new team members as required.
- Participation in team meetings.
- Other tasks and projects as required by the department.
- 1-2 years experience in a contact centre.
- Experience handling both written and phone queries.
- Email workflow tool desirable.
- Immediately available to start
- Excellent telephone manner.
