Great job opportunity for a Financial Customer Service Rep for an immediate start on an initial 4-month contract. 

Job Description:

This position is an excellent opportunity for a customer service representative with an interest in finance, investments or funds to gain experience in this area. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer queries on phones and emails in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Ensure all queries are handled with quality standards.
  • Mentor in new team members as required. 
  • Participation in team meetings. 
  • Other tasks and projects as required by the department. 

Responsibilities: 

  • 1-2 years experience in a contact centre. 
  • Experience handling both written and phone queries.
  • Email workflow tool desirable. 
  • Immediately available to start
  •  Excellent telephone manner.
