Part qualified Financial Accountant required with 1 – 3 experience in a multinational environment.  Galway city. 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, analysis and posting of journals
  • Calculation, posting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Preparation and analysis of balance sheet reconciliations at month end
  • Review and reconciliation of inter-company accounts, involving communication with other HID Global business
  • Preparation of multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of related variance analysis
  • Fixed Asset accounting, Construction In Progress Accounting
  • Project accounting
  • Prepare Statutory returns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Studying for a recognised professional accounting qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • 1-3 years of experience gained in an international company/multi-cultural environment
  • Experience of project accounting desirable
