Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant – recently qualified for Galway based organisation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with completion of a month end and quarter end trial balance.

  • Prepare monthly expense reports to a high standard.

  • Prepare the quarterly group consolidation.

  • Coordinate and review the production of quarterly and annual QRTs.

  • Review and update of process documentation.

  • Manage the daily banking process and assist with accounts payable as required.

  • Manage the annual statutory audit deliverables.

  • Assist with preparation of Financial Statements, SFCR’s and RSRs.

  • Assist with corporation tax computations.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA).

  • Excellent analytical and accounting skills.

  • Familiarity with regulated businesses would be an advantage but not a requirement
