Role Purpose

Responsible for the day to day financial operations and management of a busy transactions team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of the day to day operations, within the Transactions function
  • Authorising of Invoices, Credit Notes, Credit Cards & Direct Debits
  • Compliance with Prompt Payment Rules
  • Financial and Management Reporting as required
  • Manage day to day financial function of the Unit
  • Delivery of all financial functions in a timely manner in line with appropriate policies and regulations
  • Preparation of monthly financial information including account

 People Management 

  • Determine, develop and deliver training as appropriate to the team
  • Performance Management
  • Ensure that all staff adhere to regulations and procedures
  • Allocate work, develop staff and ensure effective relationships in a team working context

Requirements:

  • 4 years + experience in a similar position, managing transaction processing teams ideally from a Multinational Organisation
  • Strong people management experience
  • Proficient in MS packages 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
