An excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing life sciences organisation at HQ level. This role offers broad exposure across reporting, forecasting, cost control, and operational finance within a fast-paced regulated environment and reports directly to the CFO.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening financial insight, improving processes, and supporting better business decisions. Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Meath
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and insightful variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling cycles
- Oversee key elements of cost control including COGS, inventory, and stock reconciliation
- Support cash flow management and working capital optimisation
- Partner with operations and supply chain to ensure strong financial control across the business
- Contribute to ERP improvements, automation, and process efficiency initiatives
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
Skills and Experience:
- 4–5 years’ experience in a finance role with strong operational exposure
- Solid grounding in management accounting and commercial finance
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or life sciences is beneficial (not essential)
- Strong Excel capability and comfort working with data
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
