Job Opportunity- Field Service Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the maintenance and servicing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment at a customer site in Leixlip, Ireland. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring equipment reliability, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and technical issues.
  • Support equipment start-up and commissioning activities.
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks following standard procedures.
  • Record maintenance activities accurately in internal systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Level 6 qualification in a relevant technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation).
  • Previous maintenance or technical service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read electrical and technical diagrams.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
