We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair filtration, drying, and separation equipment.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting leading pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission industrial filtration and drying systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and mechanical overhauls
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on rotating equipment
- Carry out Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), upgrades, and system improvements
- Produce detailed service reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation
- Provide technical support, spare parts advice, and after-sales service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver on-site customer training where required
- Liaise with internal engineering and service teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Education/Experience
- Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Technician / Service Engineer (or equivalent)
- Experience with gearboxes, seals, agitators, pumps, or drive systems
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently in field-based environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel internationally
Desirable Experience
- Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industries
- Experience working in regulated or GMP environments
