An exciting opportunity has come our way to join an established SME looking to bring on a Facilities Co-Ordinator on a Part-Time basis to join their Maintenance Department. Our client is based in Blackpool, Cork and this opportunity will be up to a 20-hour week Monday to Friday. This opportunity would suit someone with a background in facilities management, strong organisational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for managing the maintenance schedule, coordinating with clients, administration, and maintaining accurate records on the database.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain the maintenance schedule for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prioritise tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
Communicate with the maintenance team to ensure schedules are adhered to and adjust as necessary.
Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering any queries and resolving issues, to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery to clients.
Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and timely information.
Ad-hoc duties as advised by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities management, or related role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
