Fabrication Operators * 12-Dublin 10

Our client, is looking to hire a number of experienced operators to join their busy production(Fabrication) team. Ideally, they are looking for candidates who ideally have some multi-machine, CNC, powder coating or FLT experience. It is a day shift and a permanent role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational organization currently in the start-up phase on a new growing site.


  • Must be able to operate multi-machines & have the ability to work in different areas of the business
  • Conduct pre-shift start checks and set up various machinery/equipment 
  • Provide specialised/technical information to support Production
  • Conduct daily maintenance of machinery/equipment 
  • Use of MHE (Mechanical Handling Equipment) to carry out duties when required
  • Use of the SAP system for product bundling, confirmation and label printing 
  • Actively contribute and participate in product and manufacturing improvements 
  • Support with the administration and general shift running as directed by the Supervisor 
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures for specific product(s) and MHE to a high-quality standard
  • Work under the guidance of the Production Supervisor/Production Manager to meet demanding production targets
  • Cleaning of machines/equipment to maintain a good standard of general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment 
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety standards 
  • Perform any reasonable tasks as instructed by the Production Supervisor/Production Manager 
  • Understand, read and communicate on technical specifications and drawings.
  • Ensuring Company policies, Health and Safety standards and housekeeping routines are adhered to,
  • Ensuring quality control measures are adhered to and quality checks are completed and logged on the internal QMS,
  • Follow a Production schedule and delivery plan,
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment to achieve the correct product tolerances.


  • Minimum of 1+ years’ work experience in a factory/manufacturing process environment 
  • Experience of working shifts
  • Experience of driving FLTs/Side Loader vehicles desirable- training provided.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings desirable.
  • A proactive approach to meeting production requirements
  • Basic IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to housekeeping, 5s methodology, and waste minimization
  • A proactive approach to Health & Safety in the workplace
