As the EUV Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of field service support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly focusing on Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) technology.   • Oversee the daily installation, commissioning, and performance of EUV equipment at our client's site.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the installation and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to global standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary contact for all service-related activities.
  • Serve as the main point of escalation for customer scheduling and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct advanced faultfinding and troubleshooting to resolve or escalate issues within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage root cause analysis investigations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all service activities are conducted using best practice methodologies and within regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and update procedural documentation to align with operational best practices.
  • Collect and analyze data from the field service team to present to technical support personnel or customers.
  • Compile and present performance metrics for equipment uptime, maintenance, and overall quality to stakeholders.


  • Minimum of 5 years of field service experience in a relevant or related industry, with a strong customer-facing focus.
  • Proven ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, such as technical drawings.
  • University or formal qualification in mechanical, electromechanical, or electronics disciplines.
  • Strong ability to seek customer feedback and make informed decisions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent people management skills, capable of building and maintaining customer relationships.
