European HR Business Partner:

Our client, a leading organisation in Limerick are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their existing team on a permanent basis. 

The successful candidate will join the European Team. 

A second language, particularly German would be an advantage. 

Job Description:

  • You will partner with the leadership team and employees to deliver a value-added service reflecting the business objectives. 
  • You will focus on continuous improvement. 
  • You will support the company on any employment issues.
  • You will build relationships and partner with business leaders to develop team plans.
  • Lead and participate in HR functional projects. 
  • Analyse employment data. 
  • Mentor and support HR Generalists.
  • Provide status updates on recruitment and employee issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related Field. CIPD Qualification desirable. 
  • 5 years + experience as a HR Generalist / HR Specialist. 
  • Highly regulated environment would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent problem solving and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Willingness to travel on company business.  
  • Fluency in German or another language. 
  • Full suite of HR Generalist activities.
