We have a new opening for an Electrician to work on Industrial & commercial installations, you will support commercial & industrial client sites in Dublin.

Stable employer, long-term projects, professional environments in Dublin and the surrounding area not domestic call-outs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service & Commission of fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, and nurse call systems
  • Test systems, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs where required
  • Ensure all systems meet regulatory, safety, and operational compliance standards
  • Complete test records, certification, and technical documentation accurately
  • Work closely with project managers, installation teams, and fellow service engineers
  • Support system handovers and provide clear technical guidance to clients
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
  • Participate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota (1 in 4 weeks)

What we are Looking For:

  • Experience as an Electrican role servicing fire, life safety, or security systems
  • Recognised apprenticeship or qualification
  • Hands-on experience with fire alarm systems (experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or nurse call systems is an advantage)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of IS3218 and relevant industry standards
  • Professional, customer-focused communication style
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Competent with IT systems and electronic documentation
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Willingness to undertake further training as required
