E-Commerce Manager

The eCommerce Manager will become the product owner for the award winning shoplink ecommerce platform.  The successful candidate will define and deliver the ecommerce strategy across our Retail, Wholesale & Foodservice Supply Chains.

Reporting to the IT Director, key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Implement ecommerce Strategy
  • Defining CRO Strategy
  • Analysis of site analytics to deliver data driven design strategy for functions and UX
  • Working with the Brand Marketing Teams to deliver a true Omni channel customer experience
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Work with all stakeholders across, Retail, Wholesale & Foodservice divisions
  • Manage supplier SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Act as a point of escalation for major incidents
  • Capture & define software requirements and deliverables

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, written, verbal and public speaking
  • Work well under pressure
  • Project Management Experience, Waterfall & Agile
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Deliver projects to deadline and within budget
  • Have a keen interest in technology and digital
  • Have ability to be a team player and work on own initiative

Desired, but not required skills & experience:

  • Third Level, Business or Technical Qualification
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Have a detailed understanding of retail and wholesale and foodservice business processes
