Requirements:

  • Minimum 2  year’s customer service experience preferably within a multinational/shared services environment
  • Must be fluent in Dutch and German.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong system skills preferably Microsoft office (e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet).
