Divisional Salesforce Administrator | Permanent Role | Hybrid | Dublin

We currently have an opportunity for a Divisional Salesforce Administrator to join our client’s new manufacturing site in Dublin offering a hybrid working model.  The business operates out of Dublin, servicing customers and clients across Europe. As a Divisional Salesforce Administrator, you will oversee the Dublin, UK, Belgium and Germany sites.

Reporting to the Divisional Marketing director you will work autonomously to manage deployment activities, configuration, design, development, integration, domain architecture, installation, and ongoing improvements on the Salesforce platform.

You will also work closely with other Group Salesforce teams, business and functional leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure all project activities are performed to a high degree of quality, meeting company expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to define business requirements, and systems goals.
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements.
  • Own and drive functional and technical design activities.
  • Translates business requirements to Salesforce functional and technical designs.
  • Collaborate with the Group Salesforce and Technology team and 3rd party consultants to drive the work.
  • Define, build and deliver a scalable solution in conjunction with external developers for warranties, procurement, quoting, pipeline management, automated marketing tools, SAP integration.
  • Effectively prepare Business Processes, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design.
  • Document the solution design with specific business and technical details.
  • Recommend Salesforce best practice solutions and be the ambassador for the business.
  • Lead, own, and deliver Salesforce platform improvements across SalesCloud, Communities and B2B Commerce with minimal guidance.
  • Analyses/identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimise.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a technical, business or analytical field.
  • Professional IT experience in complete software development life cycle processes i.e. System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation.
  • 3-5 yrs of Salesforce platform experience in an administrative capacity.
  • 3-5 yrs hands-on experience on Sales Cloud.
  • Must have analytical and data-driven strong skills.
  • Excellent business systems analysis and project management skills.
  • Experience in driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow best practices knowledge.
  • Strong experience with consulting-driven solution approach.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written.
