Responsibilities:

  • To manage the processing of invoicing on the system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify discrepancies and reconcile any customer issues
  • Arrange shipments for sales orders by contacting Shipping companies and arranging dates & delivery times
  • To assist Customer Service with any queries relating to shipments and deliveries
  • Establish, implement and monitor policies, procedures and best practices in the Department
  • Oversee Dispatch and Shipping compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations
  • Produce regular reports on Dispatching and Invoicing along with delivery performance
  • Performance manage, develop and motivate staff
  • Direct continuous improvement of processes in line with changing organisational needs and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a Business or related discipline.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines
  • 1-2 years eople management experience 
  • ERP systems experience
  • Strong administrative experience
