Digital Social Specialist - Remote - Contract

Our client a Global Healthcare Leader is looking to hire a Digital Social Specialist on a fixed-term contract - Remote.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage project portfolio of Operating Units Digital Marketing projects
  • Collaborate with business clients, external vendors, and internal team to define project scope, requirements, and budget for a variety of digital projects
  • Accountable for creation and presentation of the Digital strategy brief for applicable projects, leveraging pre-defined templates
  • Schedule meeting rhythms as applicable for Status & Reporting updates with business clients and internal team. 
  • Create project schedules within Workfront (Project Management tool) including assignment of resources to applicable tasks leveraging a shared resource pool
  • Participate in weekly resource allocation sessions to ensure correct resources are assigned to each project
  • Coordinate work effort across all areas within the Digital Marketing team & 3rd party vendors including design & UX, Content, paid & social media, analytics
  •  Ensure all projects meet defined budget, timeline, and quality expectations
  • Ensure all project data in the Workfront Project Management tool meets data accuracy & quality requirements
  •  Foster strong working relationships with team members to ensure quality deliverables
  • Focus on on-going process improvement recommendations and implementations

Experience required:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of digital marketing and communications experience; ideally at both an agency and client setting; BA or BS in Computer Science or Digital Marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Project Management skills - Organized and detailed oriented – know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines
  • Excellent knowledge of paid and owned channels and their requirements: SEA, SEO, Social media, e-mailing, programmatic, influence, content marketing, etc
  • Experience of agencies and internal resources briefing
  • Knowledge of Content Management System (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
  •  Digital Analytics Solutions (e.g. Adobe & Google Analytics)
  • Very comfortable with statistic and digital tools
