Our client is looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. Experience working in digital marketing and prior experience working on digital campaigns and social media advertising is advantageous.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support marketing and education programs to drive the growth and expansion of company products and services. You will work on digital marketing campaigns, liaise with third party agencies and actively engage with the business to optimize the performance of our digital campaigns.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with multiple stakeholders to support translating business objectives into customer-focused solutions that demonstrate meaningful and tangible results. This role is expected to drive for continued digital improvement working with a cross-functional marketing team to support our overall digital strategy. We’re looking for a naturally inquisitive problem solver and enthusiastic learner who thrives in a goal-oriented, remote team environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinates project activities among stakeholders and tracking completion of tasks to full execution.
  • Partners with others within the organization to execute these strategies and optimize digital experiences.
  • Support the wider digital marketing team and internal stakeholders with PPC, SEM, SEO
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Work with the Digital Insights & Analytics Specialist on monitoring ROI and KPIs and use the data to guide campaign recommendations
  • Partner with external agencies on digital programs 
  • Stay abreast of all changes and opportunities in digital marketing and insights, as well as keep up-to-date with relevant system training and advancements
  • Be proficient in systems such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Salesforce etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Digital Marketing policies in performing the overall activities
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing experience
  • Familiar with the healthcare industry and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel
  •  Background in digital marketing campaigns
  • Solid communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience working with technology, marketing, and creative staff in a fast-paced, agile environment
