Digital Marketing Manager/Online Sales Manager required for busy business in South East Galway - Onsite - Permanent.
Responsibility for managing digital channels, implementing a digital sales plan and budgets to effectively maximise the return on investment.
Responsibility for identifying opportunities to improve online conversion rates and end to end customer experience. Ensuring consistent messaging, branding and content across all forms of online communication
Defining requirements for website improvements from our development partners and ensuring all digital marketing activity can be tracked into the sales cycle via integration across Shopify.
Reporting on the results of all digital marketing activities by developing campaign reports and digital marketing dashboards through Google Analytics and Shopify. This includes reporting on performance against agreed targets, including ongoing competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Lead and develop the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilise the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube.) including creating and scheduling engaging social content and managing customer services queries • Keeping website content up to date • Process and manage online orders, together with our sales, purchasing and logistics departments
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
3rd level qualification prefered. (Digital Marketing, communication, or other relevant)
Direct experience of managing digital advertising across AdWords, Facebook, Instagram etc.
Experience in Shopify and E-Mail marketing tools
Commercial mindset, creative and analytical thinking – all needed
Excellent written English, communications skills and attention to detail is critical for this role
Ability to work on own initiative
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Excel
Strong copywriting skills.
