This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our systems for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. In our high pace growth stage, we need candidate who is ready for any new challenge and can work as a team player.
Responsibilities will include:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage our cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated deployment processes to streamline product deployment operations. Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilise Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate the provisioning of infrastructure resources
Container Orchestration: AKS/ECS cluster:
Monitoring and Performance Optimisation: Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Security: Implement and enforce security best practices in cloud environments. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to ensure seamless integration of systems. Work closely with software engineers to understand application requirements and provide scalable infrastructure solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support for cloud-related issues and incidents.
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
2 years previous experience in a DevOps Engineer position.
Certifications of Cloud services Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP.
Certifications in DevOps practices.
Experience in PowerShell
Experience with Configuration Management tools like Ansible,Chef,Puppet
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional descriptions and ultimately technical solutions.
Outline knowledge and awareness of public cloud services and hunger to learn new things and execute that to construct highly efficient cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
