Demand Planning Analyst | Ballina

Our Client, a leading American multinational company, located in Ballina, Co. Mayo, is currently recruiting for a Demand Planning Analyst to join their team.


As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of short, medium & and long-term demand plans for several sites. You will also be responsible for improving the quality and accuracy of collaborative demand plans while ensuring an integrated and robust demand planning process is in place.

As a member of the Supply Chain team, your duties will include:

  • Using E2E data in demand analytics to drive system consensus on concentrate demand.
  • Ensuring system data consistency for material teams, finance & procurement.
  • Accelerating data visibility across supply chain teams and external partners, leveraging advanced reporting solutions, and streamlining communication channels.
  • Present demand highlights & assumptions in an impactful way for Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Facilitate consensus handshake on-demand plans over the short, medium, and long term.
  • Continuously reassess process improvement & automation opportunities to drive efficiencies.

Requirements

As a Demand Planner, you are required to have:

  • Experience in Data Analytics, Planning/materials management, or Budget areas.
  • A degree in Data Intelligence, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Analytical reasoning.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Experience with digital tools – ERP, Business Intelligence & Reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Data transformation (e.g.Power Automate)).
