Data Scientists | Longford

Our client, who specialises in life-changing products, is recruiting for Data Scientists to join their team in Longford. This role is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, that allows for hybrid working.

Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality requirements and external regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for managing all data-related functions including but not limited to mapping, cleansing, and analysis.
  • Support the company in making the most effective decisions by ensuring the integrity of the data being input and extracted from the systems and the accuracy and appropriateness of all reports produced.
  • Develop automated solutions that address specific analytical objectives and facilitate report generation and distribution of analyses.
  • Ability to independently data-mine multiple large, complex datasets to answer specific questions. Curiosity to dig deeper and access other documentation sources to understand the data.
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis and utilize data modeling techniques to generate insights and highlight opportunities.
  • Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.

Requirements

As a Data Scientist you are required to have:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to Tablo, Power Bi, or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
