Data Analysts X 8
We are working in partnership with a leading global technology, analytics and data provider based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. We have vacancies for 8 Data Analysts that will formulate a key team within the organisation. This team of Data Analysts will be responsible for creating data standardisation maps to transform customers raw sales data into a standard format in preparation for loading. The successful candidate's will play a key role in ensuring all new set-ups will be complete and compliant in a project-oriented environment. These are permanent position's with a view to hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Action and respond to assigned onboarding tickets in a timely manner
- Ensure tickets are up to date and provide information on status when required
- Adopt a strong sense of urgency on requests and issues while adhering to time sensitive outcomes
- Ensure proper communication and hand-off procedures to Data Input Production and other teams are adhered to
- Translate data results into meaningful summaries to support business decisions
- Be responsible for loading and preserving the integrity of historical data
- Drive and deliver the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an individual, team and department basis
Criteria:
- Have experience working with UNIX/LINUX
- Are fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
- Are able to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, detail orientated
- Are a problem solver with troubleshooting experience
- Enjoy adapting to and learning new technologies quickly and with enthusiasm
- A bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical stream is desirable
- Experience working with large datasets is desirable
- Prior experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tools such as Trifacta, Ab Initio, Syncsort or others is favourable
