My client based in Westport Co Mayo are looking for a Data Analyst - Complaints for an initial 6 month role.
This role can then be worked remote, but the hiring manager would prefer the candidate to be open to coming onsite to Westport for two days during the fist two weeks to get familiar with the systems etc.
As the Data Analyst - Complaints you will coordinate the roll out of the monthly top complaints trends for each business unit. You will also be responsible for completion of the annual top complaint assessment for each business unit and the creation and tracking of all associated CAPA(s) to completion.
Provide guidance to department personnel to ensure all complaints are fully investigated and suitable CAPA implemented.
Liaise with internal departments, corporate QA offices to achieve closure of complaint cases in a timely manner.
Manage the intake, opening, tracking and maintain records for complaints received and data entry into complaint handling system.
Complaint trending and monthly reports
Quality Defect reports relating to customer complaints/counterfeit cases
Attend meetings as requested by the Complaints Manager.
Third level Qualification
Previous experience in Pharmaceutical company
Proficient computer skills including: Word, Excel.
Excellent written and communication skills
Highly motivated and a self -starter
Ability to analyze and interpret complaint trend data and escalate adverse trends
Good interpersonal skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Previous experience in the use of Trackwise and Document management systems
Previous experience in trend analysis
