Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist / Administrator – Contract – Galway

The Customer Services Admin agent is responsible for customer service for all internal and external customers to facilitate business objectives.


  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers in a professional, positive and courteous manner

  • Maintain and Monitor Multiple internal Inbox’s

  • Review and maintain Field Safety Notices/Mandatory Notifications on a daily basis

  • Responsible for initiating customer communication, Maintaining the Master database and generating follow ups and tracking all activity taken

  • Keep Team Lead informed of all changes, issues and potential concerns of all open Field Safety Notices/Mandatory Notifications

  • Work with others, i.e. Quality Team, Customer Service Stages and Management to ensure that accurate information is maintained and communicated on all relevant databases

  • Responsible for following all CS SOPs in line with company’s QMS, and delivering an excellent customer experience

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Previous experience in customer service with strong administration skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Effectively collaborate with others

  • Work independently and on a team

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
