Customer Service/Telesales Executive

Our client, a leading player since 1905, is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Telesales Executive to support their mission of providing exceptional customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to uphold superior customer service standards.

  • Engage with customers via telephone to expand and maintain client relationships.

  • Ensure meticulous organisation of customer documentation.

  • Liaise daily with the Supply Chain department to optimise operational efficiency.

  • Highlight company promotions and upsell across various product categories.

  • Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure post-sales satisfaction.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong customer rapport.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken English.

  • Previous telesales experience in retail/wholesale sectors is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of accuracy, numerical proficiency, and attention to detail.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

  • Positive attributes including problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, commitment, and effective communication.
