Customer Service & Tender Representative (Dutch)

Our client a leading Multinational in the Mid-West is currently looking for a Customer Service & Tender Representative to join their team.

The successful candidate will need to be fluent in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

  • High quality of customer service provided to Customers and the Internal sales teams throughout Europe

  • Process all customer queries through relevant company systems

  • Take ownership as first point of contact to resolve issues

  • Process all customer feedback and complaints efficiently and to required deadlines

  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Logistics and Field Based Inventory Control Teams

  • Take part in key departmental projects as required

  • Provide customers with pricing details

  • Manage emergency orders and communicate to various manufacturing plants as required

  • Maintaining and processing customer data efficiently

  • Sourcing potential tenders relevant to the Company’s business and work with other teams with in the business to ensure Tenders are processed to set deadlines

  • All functions to be completed in accordance with the company’s quality systems

Key Requirements

  • Third Level qualification in Business or Legal(Desirable)

  • Fluency in Dutch(Essential)

  • Proficient in all Microsoft office suites

  • Advanced English written and language skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

  • Flexibility to travel on company business
