Fluent Spanish professional needed on an initial 6 month contract to join a leading organisation in Limerick.
- Dealing with all customer queries, complaints, and processing transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and liaise with supply chain and distribution.
- Keeping database and systems up to date.
- Maintain and update customer data as required.
- Aiding with tenders and any other additional projects within the department as required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Degree in business, administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Open to traveling if required.
