Customer Service Specialist required with a strong background in exports, shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge and experience in International trade (Export processes &customs requirement)
- Understand incoterms
- Understand complexities of international shipping- embargo countries, denied parties
- Experience in working with global freight forwarders /Logistics
- Experience in shipping to Middle East / Africa / Distribution / RCIS an advantage
- Effective time management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Letters of credit/cash against documents
- Fluency in a European language would be an advantage i.e. German, French, Italian, etc.
