Customer Service Representative

My client based in City West, Dublin are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative on an initial 12 month temp contract basis. This role is ideal for anyone in a Customer Facing role looking to take on a new challenge. This position will also be hybrid after successful training period.

Duties will include:

  • Promptly and courteously answer incoming customer calls.

  • Reply to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.

  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the service system.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Keep up-to-date with company products and services.

  • Input and update customer information accurately.

  • Work with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Achieve targets for call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collect and report customer feedback to management.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.

  • Offer personalised service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

  • Experience on Oracle would be beneficial but not a requirement

  • Customer facing experience

  • Call centre/ Customer Service experience would also be beneficial however not a requirement
