My Client, a Photo Editing organisation is seeking a new member on their Customer Service team. 

There is one part-time maternity contract available – 5pm-9pm Mon-Fri (2pm-6pm for 3 weeks of initial training) 

Your new role will involve the following – 

  • Work as part of an international team to resolve an average of 1,400 support tickets each week within established SLAs including billing issues, errors & bugs and troubleshooting

  • Participate in stand-ups with the team to identify and transition outstanding issues on a daily basis

  • Track and report on user issue trends, feature requests, and feedback acting as the voice of the customer to the business

  • Provide high-quality service to customers, escalate bugs and severe issues to appropriate teams as needed

  • Keep up to date on product development and marketing efforts

  • Manage your priorities, working independently and with minimal supervision

  • Work with our troubleshooting systems, keep up to date on browser configurations, and continue to learn new technologies quickly

  • Edit, create images or designs in our editor, keeping up to speed with our customers and new releases

Ideally, the successful candidate will have – 

  • 1+ years call centre telesales/retention/customer service experience

  • Account/ case management

  • Experience in email correspondence

  • Objection handling and personal ‘soft’ skills

  • Experience in using a CRM system (Freshdesk/ Salesforce)

  • Adhering to daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s to achieve targets

  • Strong Office 365 or Google Docs skills

  • Working over different time zones

Salary is c.€14-15 ph, an excellent organisation based in a prime location in Dublin, superb state of the art offices, free tea/coffee (cappuccino etc..) on-site.
