As a Customer Service Operator your responsibilities will include taking all incoming calls and directing them to the relevant service. This position is based in Dublin City Centre and will be offering a 1 year contract.
Taking inbound calls from the UK and Ireland
Assessing the client’s issue and understanding their problem
Linking the client with the appropriate assistance
Act as a point of advice and support where other team members require assistance.
Computer literate, experience of working with MS Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Good telephone manner, able to handle inbound calls
Prior experience of call handling/working in a contact centre
