Based with a healthcare manufacturing organisation in Mullingar who have experienced massive growth over the past 18 months, the Customer Service Manager is a new critical and strategic role for the business. The Customer Service Manager be the first point of contact for customers of the business, you will work closely with all functions to identify and satisfy the specific needs and requirements of the customer base. You will work in tandem with the Sales Team, Engineering and Operations to determine all product and scheduling requirements for existing and new customers.
Provide back office support to the sales team
Maintain and up-date sales leads
Attend production meetings and advise the sales team of any potential problems
Continually emphasize and enforce the need, with operations, for on-time and in-full delivery performance
Provide management and the sales team with sales, bookings, schedule, forecast, projects, quotes and lead activity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensure the prompt response to all enquiries from existing and potential customers regarding overdue items, deliveries, invoices, quality issues and sales order status
Maintain and up-date the sales order processing module on the CRM system
3+ years experience in a similar customer service role in a senior / management position
Exceptional organisational skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive excel and word skills
Ability to work with data for reporting purposes
Ability to drive results independently, but thrive in collaborative environments
