Location: Hybrid (Killorglin, Co. Kerry)

3 Days Hybrid (if within commuting distance) | Once Monthly Onsite (if based further away, post-onboarding)


1 Permanent Role | 1 Fixed-Term Contract (12-Month Maternity Leave Cover)


About the Role

We are currently seeking two Customer Service Executives to join a dynamic and customer-focused team supporting clients across the healthcare sector. These opportunities include one permanent position and one 12-month maternity leave contract.


This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality service, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment.

Based in Killorglin, this role offers a flexible hybrid model — with 3 days onsite for those within commuting distance, or once-monthly onsite attendance for those located further afield following the onboarding period.


You will be at the heart of customer operations, combining strong communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills to support both customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and online channels
  • Manage customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Accurately process orders, quotations, returns, and purchase orders
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy to support smooth operations
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, or issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, purchasing, accounts, IT, and warehouse
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as quotations and order processing
  • Contribute to achieving team KPIs and supporting month-end activities
  • Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in quality and compliance processes, including QMS and ISO standards

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (healthcare or medical device sector an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused when handling customer queries
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
