Customer Service Data Analyst

The Role:

Our client a leading Medical device organisation located in Athlone Westmeath is seeking a Customer Service Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of all reports within the EMEA Customer Service Department. This position will have a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities to include: (Full job description available upon request): 

  • Analysis and reporting of order to cash and customer contact data.
  • Creation of dashboards and reporting materials to support continuous monitoring of service levels.
  • Identification of customer service trends and insights from data.
  • Gather, interpret, and visualise complex data to develop actionable steps that improve Customer Service processes, optimise results and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Tracking of KPI’s and ongoing performance metrics.
  • Analyse and review data to identify areas of opportunity for improving the Customer Experience.
  • Present data including business analysis to the Customer Service Management Team.
  • Validate data & conduct a thorough analysis to identify trends, forecast risks & recommend process improvements in order to drive continuous performance improvement.


  • Relevant qualification in Business / Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Tableau.
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience is essential.
  • Experience in reporting/data analysis / KPI metrics
  • Demonstrable presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience reporting on or presenting key findings and recommendations within a business environment
