Role responsibilities and duties include:

  • Resolving any technical issues customers may have 
  • An ability to clearly explain troubleshooting steps
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly agent performance metrics
  • Handling shipment of parts through DHL
  • Communicating with non-English speaking international customers with the aid of interpreters
  • Handling of administrative duties through the company’s IT systems
  • Training of new team members

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • An ability to mutli-task
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines as outlined by company
  • High level proficiency in Spanish language (C1 or above)
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience (preferably in a contact centre or similar)
