About the Job:
This is a permanent role.
The role of the Customer Service agent is to communicate effectively with customers of the client over the phone. You will be fully trained in all aspects of the job, particularly in the area of Technical support.
The role involves:
- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing queries, service requests and complaints
- Following the correct processes to resolve customers queries
- Diagnosing the cause of customer issues and resolve in real time wherever possible
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
Must have some Customer Service experience
Must have very good computer skills
Must be willing to learn
Must be a good communicator
English language skills to fluent level; verbal, written, oral
Exceptional time management with availability to work evenings and weekends
