Overview of the Role:

  • Investigating and resolving customer queries through first contact resolution
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, your training will equip you to provide relevant advice to customers via phone, email, letter and webchat
  • Keeping yourself up to date with product, service and customer information through our easily accessible knowledge base
  • Effectively managing a customer database through accurate and efficient data entry
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

 

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • You will have a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience within a customer-facing role is essential, whether that be contact centre or face-to-face customer service
  • Strong computer skills to be comfortable working remotely full-time
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and team oriented
